That you will be doing as Operation Analyst
- Develop new procedures and approaches to decorate operations
- Work with managers and employees to enforce changes
- Train personnel to use new structures or observe new policies
- Determine the effectiveness of new procedures
- Reporting and Analysis
- Ensuring clients get a brag-worthy journey whilst dealing with us
- Day-to-day operations
- Process Improvement Projects
- Document findings, put together reviews and make guidelines.
Skills Required :-
- Prior journey in operations and MIS/data evaluation is desired (a minimal of two years).
- Minimum journey in an Operations position (5 years).
- Experience of the use of the Google Suite of Apps
- Accuracy and attention to detail are a must
- Ability to multitask and manage pressure
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to build and preserve long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders
