About job :- That you will be doing as HR Intern :-

  • Collaborate with all stakeholders thru strong candidate/employee/alumni orientation.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews for candidates while ensuring right candidate experience
  • Coordinating for the end-to-end interview process.
  • Managing virtual interview drives
  • Creating job-posts; supporting with screening of resumes and applications; communicating effective feedback to the candidates
  • Preparation of reports and dashboards, updating facts as and when needed.


Skills required :-

  • 0-1     years of comparable experience(s) are preferred; Freshers can apply.
  • 0-2     Candidate must be Graduate/Post-Graduation required.
  • Preferred trip in recruitment in a fast-moving, high-growth/large-scale organization.
  • Ability to speak effectively with stakeholders and candidates.
