Digital Relationship Executive
Client
Outreach – You have to take care of the portfolio via client outreach and
continuous monitoring of client relationship together with product, portfolio
and banking needs.
Relationship
Management – To advance and give a boost to consumer relationships thru
tremendous relationship administration in accordance with the commercial
enterprise goals
Customer
Service and Sales – Up selling, cross-selling, providing ordinary market statistics
and updates to the consumer. Extremely efficient servicing of requests to
create a optimal purchaser experience. Act as the Single Point of Contact for
customer’s Banking Requirements.
Skills
required :-
Ability to
understand the consumer trouble and grant answer or facts as per business
enterprise policies and process
Ability to
compose grammatically correct, concise, and correct paragraphs
