About job :- That you will be doing as Customer Executive :-

  • Carry out coaching, mentoring and hand preserving for the group participants and increase upon their required skill set.
  • Will be accountable for the assigned market (key accounts and outlets).
  • Ensure everyday updating of income MIS and replace the reporting officer on every day basis.
  • Develop a community of dealers and distributors in the assigned location and attain the Sales goal assigned to him/her.
  • Use area data for assigned market to discover brand/pack gaps in territory
  • Design and put into effect nearby Sales advertising scheme.
  • Set clear volume targets and KPIs for his/her team.
  • Conducting normal remarks sessions with crew individuals and supplying critical inputs.
